What you'll do

• Perform mixing operations, identify and handle ingredients, measure and weigh materials, read batch tickets, adjust water and yeast for temperature and humidity, operate mixers, conveyors, and robots, complete batch tickets, sanitize mixing equipment, monitor dough quality, make necessary adjustments, and assist with training and other work areas as directed.
