Human Resources Director

The Human Resources Director role is onsite at headquarters in Charlottesville, VA, with travel to property sites across Virginia and West Virginia at least once per year. What you'll do

• Lead and develop the Human Resources function and mentor the HR Assistant
• build learning, leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-transfer programs
• partner with leaders on performance management, employee development, succession planning, and retention
• develop career paths
• lead employee communications, engagement, onboarding, and integration
• oversee compensation and benefits programs
• support recruiting, workforce planning, job assignments, promotions, and talent development
• champion workplace safety, company values, and policy compliance
• provide responsive HR support and contribute to company initiatives.
