What you'll do

• Conduct welcome calls and gather setup information
• help clients configure paid-time-off policies and payroll rules
• coordinate additional services with internal teams
• educate clients on payroll regulations
• process employee maintenance
• configure payroll software and billing
• collect new-hire documents
• demonstrate the HRIS platform
• review initial payrolls
• and escalate issues for resolution.
