The role supports global, area, and country-affiliate marketing strategies and tactics for AbbVie’s Ozurdex therapy area. The associate director develops insights, strategies, and initiatives that advance Ozurdex brand objectives. The role coordinates marketing execution, budgets, agencies, and cross-functional partners to support business plans and promotional activities.

What you'll do

• Generate marketing insights for Ozurdex strategic and tactical plans
• identify commercial opportunities
• create and drive multi-stakeholder initiatives and communication strategy
• develop marketing tools and resources and navigate approval processes
• lead segmentation, targeting, positioning, promotional materials, advertising, and promotion within budget
• support affiliate HCP promotions
• manage portfolio budgets and resources
• project-manage vendors and agencies
• collaborate with marketing directors and business leaders on plans
• partner with cross-functional teams and external partners.
