• define scope, timelines, budgets, and success measures
• manage plans, risks, issues, and dependencies
• support ERP modernization and Microsoft Dynamics 365 initiatives
• coordinate integrations
• manage stakeholders and vendors
• and oversee change management, documentation, budgets, milestones, and executive reporting.
