The Caregiver – Home Care role is in person in Frankfort, IL, with pay of $19–$20 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide medication reminders
• assist with mobility and personal care
• support physical therapy and recommended exercises
• shop for clients or accompany them
• perform light housekeeping and prepare meals
• report unusual incidents to the Care Coordinator
• respond responsibly to emergencies
• follow the care plan.
