What you'll do

• Create a memorable vehicle pickup experience
• complete customer paperwork and detailed tracking-system notes
• address customer questions
• drive safely and maintain a clean driving record
• obtain a local notary within the first 90 days if not already held
• meet state requirements for DMV/title and registration system access.
