What you'll do

• Prepare and review estimates for proposed changes, change orders, claims, and other commercial items
• review plans, specifications, RFIs, and change documents
• perform quantity takeoffs and evaluate labor, equipment, material, subcontractor, and indirect costs
• assess contractor proposals
• document estimate assumptions and risks
• reconcile estimates and support negotiations
• evaluate claims and cost exposure
• coordinate cost and schedule impacts
• support change tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
