Behavioral Health Case Manager

Job overview

The Behavioral Health Case Manager role is onsite in San Francisco, CA, with pay of $25–$28 per hour. The position is with Marina Harbor Detox, a member of Quadrant Health Group, which provides evidence-based addiction treatment intended to support long-term recovery. The case manager supports residents throughout treatment, from admission through discharge, by assessing needs, coordinating services, connecting clients with community resources, and contributing to individualized treatment planning. The role helps reduce barriers to treatment and supports clients’ therapeutic goals and recovery progress.

What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
• coordinate and monitor behavioral health services
• connect clients with housing, food, employment, and transportation resources
• contribute to comprehensive treatment plans
• advocate for clients
• provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• document interactions and progress
• collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• communicate with residents’ families
• monitor progress and adjust care plans
• participate in team meetings and training
• maintain regulatory and ethical compliance.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field (master's preferred), at least three years of behavioral health case-management experience, EHR proficiency, and current CPR and First Aid certification.
