What you'll do

• Prepare café components according to recipes
• chop, portion, label, and organize ingredients
• maintain freshness and rotation
• keep prep areas clean and stocked
• assemble menu items during busy periods
• plan batch production
• maintain food safety, temperature control, sanitation, and storage
• bake scones and other pastries.
