What you'll do

• Deploy and configure cloud services and apply governance and security controls
• administer platform lifecycles, tune performance, and conduct root-cause analysis
• build and improve virtualized environments and manage capacity
• maintain platform resilience and support recovery operations
• deploy updates and troubleshoot platform issues
• create automation scripts, infrastructure-as-code templates, AI services, and deployment workflows
• analyze observability data
• support system refreshes, change management, and cross-platform integration
• document incident, change-management, and service-request processes.
