What you'll do

• Lead daily clinic operations and patient-centered services
• supervise and develop support staff through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and engagement
• optimize staffing, scheduling, and attendance
• monitor budgets, expenses, and resources
• analyze performance metrics, patient outcomes, and quality measures
• collaborate with clinical leadership, facilities, and community partners on compliance, safety, and care delivery.
