Compensation is $80,000 to $85,000 per year, supporting the clinical operations of Autism Learning Partners. This role exists to provide high-quality ABA therapy and clinical supervision. The BCBA leads behavior technicians, develops treatment plans, and conducts assessments to ensure clients receive effective, evidence-based care.

- Lead and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision and support
- Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs
- Continuously evaluate client needs, provide parent education, and problem solve
- Stay calm and professional in challenging situations
- Proactively communicate and take initiative.
