What you'll do

• Direct production associates
• maintain safety, production, quality, and quantity standards
• supervise assembly operators, welders, and forklift operators
• ensure traceability, process control, packaging, quality-system, and first-off/last-off procedures
• complete scheduled layered process audits and follow up on issues
• train and develop personnel
• monitor inventory
• coordinate with other departments
• maintain housekeeping and safety requirements
• contribute to continuous improvement and problem solving.
