What you'll do

• Walk down job scope requests
• estimate labor hours across disciplines
• develop work plans and job plan packages
• review specifications and drawings to determine scope and estimate requirements
• calculate material, labor, outside-service, and subcontractor quantities
• incorporate historical data into resource and man-hour estimates
• estimate extras, change orders, and discovery work
• maintain working files and estimate backup.
