Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist role is onsite in Woodland, WA, with a Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. schedule and compensation of $25–$27 per hour, depending on experience. USNR manufactures sawmill equipment and has divisions across the United States and Canada. The specialist processes invoices and payments accurately, resolves vendor statement discrepancies, and maintains vendor records. The work supports reliable financial operations and coordination between vendors, purchasing, and other departments.

What you'll do

• Process and route invoices according to workflows and due dates
• reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• code high-volume invoices to the correct company
• process weekly check runs
• set up vendors and maintain W-9 records for annual 1099 processing
• communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve purchase order and invoice discrepancies.
