What you'll do

• Lead branch operations, including people, projects, and financial performance, while managing personal claims as a Project Manager.
• Launch the branch, develop office strategies and budgets, oversee staffing and claims distribution, scope damage and prepare estimates, coordinate repairs, manage project deadlines and quality, and maintain client and insurance relationships.
• The role also oversees branch finances, facilities, equipment, and an on-call schedule, and assists with on-call rotation.
