What you'll do

• Identify denial patterns and root causes
• review denied claims for coding accuracy, correct and resubmit claims when needed. Recommend improvements to work queues, claim edits, and workflows
• review payer communications and policies
• provide feedback to coding and physician educators
• collaborate with coding and billing leadership
• and maintain current knowledge of regulations and payer policies.
