What you'll do

• Manage prospective-student inquiries and make prompt contact
• redirect unqualified candidates and document interactions in the student management system
• make outgoing calls and schedule interviews
• obtain referrals
• address applicant concerns
• guide applicants through applications and enrollment requirements
• provide accurate information consistent with college, state, federal, and accreditation guidelines
• maintain complete enrollment documents
• collaborate across departments
• represent the College at outreach events, present on its behalf, and provide prospective-student tours.
