Training Assistant

The Training Assistant is an onsite, full-time role in Lincoln, NE. Pay is $20.00–$22.00+ per hour. The role supports Liberty First Credit Union associates through training and development programs, with a primary focus on new-hire teller training.

What you'll do

• Facilitate classroom, peer-to-peer, on-the-job, and online or remote training
• monitor attendees and provide feedback
• serve as a subject matter resource on credit union procedures, transactions, products, and services
• help create and update training programs
• maintain training records and e-learning portals
• partner with departments to update relevant policies and procedures
• assist with Saturday rotation and additional staffing needs as needed.
