What you'll do

• Develop product roadmaps and priorities
• manage product lifecycle from strategic planning through user adoption
• work with UX designers to research, define, and test user experiences
• participate in agile roadmap implementation, requirements, user stories, and backlog management with design and development
• meet with business stakeholders to understand processes and needs
• handle high-impact, time-sensitive incidents and conduct post-mortems to identify product, policy, and process improvements.
