Join the team at Fath Properties! We are seeking candidates to fill two Maintenance-HVAC positions. The role will work as a Floater at our North Central Dallas properties. Maintenance-HVAC Technician is responsible for the following:. Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of basic maintenance problems at the property including plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
