The Foreman - OSP Data Center is an onsite role based in Grove City, OH. The pay range is $39–$42.50 per hour, and the role supports the infrastructure team at Network Connex. The foreman ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards while performing advanced fiber optic splicing and testing.
What you'll do
- Lead a crew of 2-3 members.
- Interpret customer prints.
- Hold daily pre-work meetings.
- Verify construction and splicing work.
- Complete closeout documentation.
- Perform fusion and mid-sheath splicing.
- Execute OTDR/OLTS testing.
- Troubleshoot network issues.
