What you'll do

• Respond to member and provider inquiries
• gather and document complaints and grievances
• collaborate with internal departments and submit required information to Compliance
• update member accounts and demographic information
• meet call center performance and documentation standards
• explain healthcare programs, benefits, eligibility, and services
• assist with access and renewals
• arrange interpreters and accessibility services
• protect member information.
