What you'll do

• Own daily queue management, response times, service-level agreements, quality standards, and escalations
• manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, coaching, and performance
• lead AI automation efforts and build dashboards and workflows
• own membership renewals and retention processes
• develop proactive member engagement
• manage member transitions between handymen
• establish policies, procedures, and escalation protocols
• improve third-party service coordination.
