What you'll do

• Manage retail dining locations and service teams
• lead customer service, food production, menu development, product selection, quality control, sanitation, housekeeping, merchandising, marketing, and promotions
• manage inventory, forecasting, and ordering
• handle cash and operate or troubleshoot POS systems
• train staff
• monitor procedures and maintain a safe, healthy environment.

Why this role

Background in franchised quick-service restaurant operations, preferably multi-unit, and successful team leadership experience are required. ServSafe certification is preferred; knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems is listed.
