What you'll do

• Lead multiple commercial drywall projects or complex assignments
• manage preconstruction, estimating, execution, and closeout
• establish budgets and contract pricing
• negotiate subcontractor agreements and material purchases
• manage bid packages, procurement, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls
• review contract compliance
• coordinate with clients and project partners
• support safety planning and quality control
• lead project teams
• maintain project documentation
• resolve conflicts
• and assist with business development and project presentations.
