Commercial Customer Service Coordinator

Job overview

The Commercial Customer Service Coordinator role is onsite in Buffalo, NY; compensation is $20–$25 per hour. DWC Mechanical provides commercial mechanical services and supports customers from service request through completion. The coordinator serves as a primary contact for commercial customers, organizing service requests, updates, quotes, and follow-up. The role also supports dispatching, scheduling, billing, invoicing, vendor coordination, and material ordering to help service work proceed smoothly.

What you'll do

• Answer customer calls, emails, and service requests
• maintain customer relationships and provide service updates
• log and route service calls
• track open requests
• prepare or assist with quotes
• support dispatch and scheduling
• assist with billing and invoicing
• order parts and materials
• coordinate with vendors, technicians, service leadership, accounting, and customers
• maintain accurate records.
