What you'll do

• Maintain a personal book of commercial lending and deposit relationships
• manage and coach 2–3 Relationship Managers
• review pipeline and drive accountability
• coordinate with commercial, treasury management, wealth, mortgage, and retail partners
• structure C&I and commercial real estate credit
• build a network of referral sources
• represent the bank in Austin
• oversee credit quality, documentation, and compliance across the team’s portfolio.
