What you'll do

• Assist with quantity take-offs, unit pricing, cost comparisons, and detailed estimates
• manage subcontractor lists and research products and suppliers
• conduct site visits and analyze historical cost data
• reconcile estimates against prior projects and help monitor actual versus estimated expenditures
• coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
• support bid development, tender documentation, estimate reviews, and value-engineering sessions
• update estimating databases and project files.
