What you'll do

• Assist the Community Manager with daily property operations and direct team work in the manager’s absence
• complete application, lease, and annual income recertification paperwork
• conduct resident interviews and income certifications
• file evictions
• coordinate with leasing and maintenance staff
• answer calls
• investigate complaints, disturbances, and lease violations
• coordinate vendor services for trash removal, maintenance, landscaping, and security.
