The role combines business analysis, employee enablement, data management and reporting, and AI and automation development to improve workflows, data quality, and decision-making.

What you'll do

• Partner with business teams to understand processes and requirements
• translate problems into structured requirements and measurable outcomes
• map workflows and identify root causes
• prioritize work by value, effort, risk, and scalability
• help employees use AI tools and workflows
• create SOPs and user guides
• clean and structure data
• develop repeatable data processes, dashboards, and reporting tools
• design, build, test, monitor, and improve AI-enabled workflows
• connect business systems
• apply privacy, security, and access controls.
