What you'll do

• Source and engage active and passive candidates
• build pipelines for current and recurring hiring needs
• review applications and Culture Index surveys
• conduct phone screens
• coordinate interviews and candidate follow-up
• partner with hiring managers on pipeline reviews
• maintain applicant tracking system records
• track recruiting metrics
• initiate background checks
• assist with offers and new-hire handoffs
• support college recruiting and career fairs
• and contribute to recruiting process improvements.
