What you'll do

• Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages
• maintain knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and recipes
• engage guests and provide menu recommendations
• enter orders into the POS system
• handle cash and card transactions
• set up, stock, and clean the bar
• assist with food orders
• follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-service guidelines
• report equipment issues
• support food running, bussing, and host duties as needed.
