What you'll do

• Lead marketing, leasing, and sales strategies to support occupancy and revenue goals
• qualify and nurture leads
• conduct tours and follow up
• organize outreach marketing events
• manage community social media
• use CRM and YARDI to track leads and leasing activity
• inspect show quality and communicate with maintenance
• support daily leasing operations and Lifestyle & Engagement activities.
