Shift Lead – Spark Academy

The role also supports the Home Manager, helps guide coaches, implements treatment plans, and coordinates with the treatment team to support student progress.

What you'll do

• Build supportive relationships with students and guide treatment progression
• mediate conflicts and provide support
• implement treatment plans and ensure team members understand expectations
• participate in activities that build student skills
• assist the Home Manager with shift operations and coach training
• track team performance and report updates
• attend weekly treatment team meetings and collaborate on student goals.

The listed schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 7 a.m.–3 p.m., plus one extra shift weekly to meet full-time hours and a Sunday rotation of one Sunday every four weeks, 8 a.m.–10 p.m.
