BASE Program Leader

Job overview

The BASE Program Leader position is onsite in Denver, CO, and pays $21–$22 per hour. The role supports Child Care Innovations’ before- and after-school program and is scheduled to start January 1, 2027. The program leader assists the Site Director with children’s daily care and supervision, activity planning, and program operations. The role helps maintain a safe, orderly environment, comply with licensing requirements, and build positive relationships with families, school personnel, and community partners.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily care and supervision of children
• implement planned activities
• prepare the environment and snacks
• complete closing checklists
• travel to other sites to help with staffing needs
• monitor building entry
• support children’s safety and behavior
• maintain clean and orderly rooms and play areas
• inspect and sanitize materials
• communicate with families and school personnel
• document incidents and injuries
• attend weekly staff meetings and annual training.
