What you'll do

• Generate residential customers through direct and door-to-door sales in assigned territories
• deliver consultative sales presentations
• meet or exceed monthly quotas and activity standards
• explain products, services, pricing, promotions, and competitive advantages
• build relationships with homeowners, HOA/POA representatives, homebuilders, property managers, and community leaders
• develop referrals through customer service and follow-through
• maintain product and competitive knowledge
• represent the company professionally
• participate in sales meetings, coaching, training, community events, and promotions
• maintain customer records and communication
• maintain assigned sales equipment and marketing materials.
