The School Age Childcare Site Co-Director — Before & After School role is onsite at Los Ninos Elementary School in Las Vegas, NM. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. The part-time schedule is Monday–Thursday, 3:35–6:00 p.m., with Friday hours varying between 7:20 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Healthy Kids Programs provides before- and after-school programs and summer camps, with a mission to make childcare accessible and affordable. The co-director leads activities, oversees daily program operations, supports staff, and communicates with families. The role helps maintain a safe, structured, and engaging program for school-age children while meeting applicable regulations and school requirements.

What you'll do

• Ensure staff and operations meet state regulations, company policies, and host-school requirements
• plan and lead curriculum-aligned activities
• oversee attendance, registration updates, scheduling, and staffing support
• communicate with parents and caregivers through the Playground App
• collaborate with the supervisor and team.
