What you'll do

• Lead loss-prevention, safety, and risk-mitigation initiatives across cafés
• investigate theft, fraud, cash discrepancies, and safety incidents
• collect evidence for insurance claims
• monitor safety and security systems
• resolve cash and payment discrepancies with finance partners
• analyze incident, claim, loss, and audit data
• conduct risk assessments and compliance audits
• support claims administration
• improve incident processes
• develop guidance and training
• maintain audit-ready records.
