What you'll do

• Prepare and service food items for à la carte and buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards
• provide professional, friendly guest service while supporting colleagues
• share ideas in shift briefings
• rotate products in chillers to minimize waste
• maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions
• communicate shortages to the Chef
• follow recipe cards, production schedules, and plating guides
• receive and store supplies correctly
• maintain clean work areas, utensils, and equipment
• follow kitchen service, safety, and sanitation policies.
