Warehouse Operator

Job overview

The Warehouse Operator role is onsite in Southborough, MA. Pay is $20–$21 per hour. The position reports to the Inventory Supervisor and supports shipping and production through inventory management. The role keeps materials accurately transacted, stored, replenished, and counted across the warehouse and production floor. Accurate inventory control and variance reconciliation help maintain material availability and support production operations.

What you'll do

• Use SAP to transact materials throughout the warehouse and distribution center
• put away received materials in warehouse or production bins
• participate in monthly cycle counts and reconcile variances
• follow applicable processes and procedures
• maintain accurate inventory control
• identify and communicate opportunities to improve production efficiency and processes.
