What you'll do

• Oversee daily facility operations and the reliability of mechanical, electrical, and controls infrastructure. Lead and develop engineering and facilities staff
• manage shift coverage, training, and performance reviews. Oversee critical electrical, cooling, controls, and fire-life-safety systems
• manage preventive maintenance, procedures, corrective work, incident response, and root-cause analysis. Coordinate vendors, contractors, budgets, procurement, asset planning, audits, documentation, and site safety practices.
