What you'll do

• Advise utility executives on PMO strategy, governance, and delivery maturity.
• Lead the establishment or transformation of PMOs for capital portfolios and grid modernization.
• Design PMO processes, standards, and controls.
• Define roles and decision authorities.
• Drive consistency across pre-construction and construction phases.
• Support regulatory and compliance expectations.
• Contribute to the firm's PMO methodologies.
