What you'll do

• Escort patients and prepare them for examinations and procedures
• record vital signs
• perform appropriate procedures such as phlebotomy, injections, EKGs, and Holter monitoring
• assist physicians with procedures, medication administration, and patient education
• handle phone nursing tasks when appropriate
• perform clerical and scheduling duties
• prepare patient records
• maintain exam rooms
• follow company policies and regulations
• participate in quality improvement activities.
