Technical Service Manager — Arcade and Attractions

The Technical Service Manager role is an onsite, full-time position in Dublin, OH. The salary range is $45,000–$60,000 per year. The role supports Scene 75 Columbus and Five Star Parks & Attractions’ family entertainment operations. The manager oversees park technology and maintenance, leads maintenance technicians, and ensures attractions and building systems are maintained safely and reliably. The role coordinates preventive maintenance, repairs, staff development, parts and budgets, and compliance so the venue can provide a safe guest environment.

What you'll do

• Supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate their schedules
• ensure regulatory compliance and provide team training
• oversee maintenance of attractions and equipment
• order parts within budgets
• assist with escalated technical issues
• support POS systems, projectors, and building equipment
• ensure preventive maintenance and repairs are completed
• maintain maintenance logs
• coordinate building maintenance and contractors
• document drills and corrective actions
• inspect storage and work areas
• manage inventory and purchasing
• enforce safety procedures and equipment use.
