Desktop Support Engineer II

What you'll do

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows computers, peripherals, and business applications
• architect desktop application and wireless/network solutions
• create printer mappings for clinical systems
• escalate issues to manufacturers as needed
• manage help desk tickets
• document tasks and user guidance
• track assets in the inventory database
• maintain customer satisfaction and confidentiality. Requires 2–4 years of IT/desktop support experience, Windows proficiency, and intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• healthcare IT experience is preferred. Some community travel is stated.
