What you'll do

• Maintain client and technician schedules
• manage clinic purchasing, supplies, equipment, and facility needs
• identify growth opportunities and develop forecasts
• oversee hiring, onboarding, performance, and staff development
• lead community outreach and marketing coordination
• serve as a primary contact for families on non-clinical matters
• and lead employees toward defined performance and business goals.
