The Security Officer, Full-Time Patrol Response role is onsite in Nashville, TN, at a commercial real estate location. The pay rate is $18.49 per hour. The role supports a safe, welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, contractors, and property teams through customer service, observation, reporting, and escalation under site procedures.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors
• follow security procedures and site policies
• respond to incidents, concerns, access issues, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points
• report hazards, maintenance issues, suspicious activity, and policy violations
• document patrols, incidents, and daily activities.
