What you'll do

• Maintain policies and policy acknowledgments in PolicyPro within Relias
• coordinate university affiliation and internship agreements
• complete employment verifications
• assist with onboarding and orientation
• maintain employee records in HR systems
• support employee changes, documentation, letters, forms, and requests
• assist with evaluations, open enrollment, training, and communications
• provide backup to HR colleagues
• assist the Chief Human Resources Officer with reports, audits, and projects.
